This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jackson, MS, for a Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, conducting property tours, and responding to inquiries. Primary duties include processing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, ensuring accurate property listings, and assisting with resident concerns. The role also involves marketing available units, maintaining positive tenant relations, coordinating move-ins, and supporting overall property management efforts.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build positive relationships with residents and prospects
• Effective sales, negotiation, and leasing abilities to meet property occupancy goals
• Organizational and time management skills to handle property tours, documentation, and multiple tenant inquiries
• Proficiency in property management software, file organization, and administrative tasks
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and team-oriented approach
• Previous experience in property leasing, real estate, or customer-focused roles is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or coursework in property management, real estate, or sales is a plus
