U.S. Fleet Forces Command seeks an Oceanographer to support the Modeling and Forecasting Department in the Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center.
You will develop and maintain data models, databases, and environmental products for physical oceanographic parameters and build tools to enable this work. You will set up and validate 2D and 3D circulation models, analyze oceanographic data, and prepare climatological and real-time prediction data for tactical decision aids.
