Responsibilities
- Assist with front line food preparation procedures.
- Wipe down tables and maintain a clean dining room and parking lot.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and consistent quality product portions.
- Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment while abiding by all safety rules, policies and procedures.
- Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping for extensive portions of time.
- Tolerance of extreme temperatures and noise levels in the work area.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes.
- Good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.
- Some high school courses preferred.
