Position: Overnight Travel Reset Merchandiser

Since 1989, P.L. Marketing has partnered with Kroger, the nation’s largest supermarket retailer, to support merchandising and store operations. Our Delta Division completes large-scale reset projects across West Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM3-day weekends every week Starting pay: $16/hr + $2/hr overnight premium

Up to $300/month vehicle reimbursement

What You’ll Do Complete product resets and merchandising projects from planograms

Build displays and organize store shelves

Work independently and help direct part-time or temp staff as needed

Partner with Kroger teams and fellow P.L. Marketing employees

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Travel up to 50%, including overnight stays

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willing to travel up to 50%, including overnights

High school diploma or GED preferred

Able to read and execute planograms

Smartphone with internet/data access required

Strong communication, teamwork, and self-motivation

Physical Requirements Stand and walk for long periods

Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Occasionally lift up to 70 lbsBend, reach, and lift overhead
