- Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and complete all retail projects.
- Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
- Build and maintain client and trade relationships, including scheduling and conducting client work appointments.
- Monitor and regulate expenses to meet position and team budget standards.
- Communicate accurately and timely with direct reports and administer coaching duties.
- Control call coverage by scheduling merchandisers and reviewing reports.
- Prepare accurate and timely paperwork and reports, including recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Hire, retain, train, coach, guide, and develop direct reports using company processes, tools, and resources.
- Delegate work to indirect reports and provide guidance, direction, and mentoring.
Travel up to 30% of the time; driving required.
Qualifications- Associate’s Degree preferred; minimum education level is an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Work can be performed in office, field, retail store, or warehouse environments. Requires the ability to spend a majority of the day in physically active work, lift or push up to 50 pounds, stand long periods, and operate in cold conditions when required.
