Position Details- Pay is $18.50 an hour.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday starting at 8 am. - 80‑90% driving travel is required (Per Diem and company‑paid hotels when traveling).
- Territory:
Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. - Phone & car allowance plus mileage reimbursement available.
As a Merchandiser, you will drive to customer locations using your personal vehicle, meeting with the customer, placing merchandise in display areas following set plan‑ograms, and ensuring every square foot of the store is properly set according to plan. You must assess critical needs and notify management immediately of any issues. You will assess customer sales and identify items that are not selling or discontinued, recommending replacement items that increase sales and profits for the customer.
PositionResponsibilities
- Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf‑facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at customer locations.
- Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
- Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required.
- Maintain safe store aisles.
- Maintain assigned equipment.
- Report hours to division on provided time sheets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Self‑motivated, self‑starter & detail oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- High School graduate or equivalent.
- 6+ months merchandising experience.
- Customer‑facing experience.
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance and ability to travel to customer locations.
- Driver's license with a clear driving record.
- Frequent activity – lift products weighing 5–25 lbs, and occasionally lift a case or tote up to 70 lbs.
- 1+ year convenience store merchandising experience or related.
