Traveling Merchandiser

Competitive pay of $18.50 an hour and benefits including health & wellness, 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, education assistance, and paid time off.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, starting at 8am.

80-90% driving required within Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Car and mileage reimbursement available.

As a Merchandiser, you’ll use your personal vehicle to visit customer locations, set merchandise according to planograms, assess sales, and recommend product replacements to drive profits.

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf‑facing, stock rotation, and cleaning at customer locations
• Arrange store shelves or display areas per store requirements
• Monitor potential account problems and report to Sales or Sales Manager when needed
• Maintain safe store aisles
• Maintain assigned equipment
• Record hours on provided timesheets
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 6 months merchandising experience
• Customer‑facing experience
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance; must travel to customer locations
• Driver’s license with clear driving record
• Capable of lifting products 5–25 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs when necessary
