Job Description:

Retail Inventory Associate (Part‑Time). New higher starting pay! Starting Wage: $13.00 - $16.00. Flexible scheduling, paid training, performance‑based pay increases.

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance‑based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders, and lift/carry items up to 25 pounds during most of your shift.
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, or general labor is valuable.
• No degree required.
