Responsibilities
  • Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up, selling Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while achieving targeted customer experience metrics
  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication and organization
  • Consult with business customers to identify needs and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain an updated prospect database and manage multiple activities simultaneously
Qualifications What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Proven ability to work with a sales funnel and generate leads
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in wireless sales or telecommunications
  • Previous experience with lead generation and pipeline management
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
