What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses, and key purchase influencers to demonstrate and sell surgical technologies
  • Execute Sales Action Plans effectively while managing transportation of inventory
  • Strategize and plan sales calls to hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, and doctors’ offices
  • Provide support to clinical personnel regarding products in a surgical environment
  • Report competitive activity and maintain records as requested
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years
  • Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, Med Tech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to drive approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Medtronic products or similar medical technologies
  • Strong understanding of the surgical environment and relevant clinical practices
  • Proven track record of successful sales in a competitive environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs
