- Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses, and key purchase influencers to demonstrate and sell surgical technologies
- Execute Sales Action Plans effectively while managing transportation of inventory
- Strategize and plan sales calls to hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, and doctors’ offices
- Provide support to clinical personnel regarding products in a surgical environment
- Report competitive activity and maintain records as requested
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years
- Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, Med Tech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to drive approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with Medtronic products or similar medical technologies
- Strong understanding of the surgical environment and relevant clinical practices
- Proven track record of successful sales in a competitive environment
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
