About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist
. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers-connecting with individuals who have expressed interest and helping guide them toward the next step in their home buying journey.

Salary: Base is $45k-$50k, plus commission
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective home buyers via phone, text, and email
- Qualify leads and identify customer housing needs
- Schedule appointments with the nearest retail sales location
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
- Support retail locations by driving showroom traffic
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to quickly build rapport and engage prospects
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or call center environments preferred
