Territory Manager, Companion Animal – Memphis, TN

Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000
Commission: $0–$70,000
The Ceva Territory Manager is a vibrant, self‑motivated, results‑oriented sales driver who builds strong relationships with veterinary professionals, understands their needs, and provides solutions through Ceva’s product lines. The role involves consultative sales to improve pet health across the nation.
Responsibilities- Prepare and execute the sales plan, manage and prioritize activities to meet territory objectives.
- Complete pre‑call planning, schedule appointments, make sales presentations, close business, and take orders.
- Develop a sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives; track and measure progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians, clinic staff, and distribution partners.
- Influence the healthcare team to recommend and sell Ceva products; conduct technical product conversations.
- Resolve customer complaints, develop solutions, and coordinate events such as VMAs, KOL dinners, conferences, and trade shows.
- Gather and share market intelligence, recommend product or policy changes based on competitive developments.
- Negotiate with key decision makers following Ceva’s commercial policy and collaborate with Regional Managers.

- Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience may be considered).
- 3–10 years of outside sales experience, preferably in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals; ability to analyze data and use insights.
- Strong follow‑through, attention to detail, and budget management skills.
- Highly focused and results‑oriented, able to set priorities and resolve issues early.
Acceptable driving record; willing and able to spend 8+ hours per day in a vehicle; ability to travel up to 8 hours per day by plane or car.
Travel & Working ConditionsPrimary work involves sales calls within veterinary clinics; must be comfortable working around animals. Overnight travel required; amount varies by territory.
