Responsibilities
  • New Business Development:
    Proactively identify and target enterprise-level companies in the UK market that align with Cloud Pay's ideal customer profile.
  • Strategic Account Planning:
    Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to penetrate key accounts, understand their business challenges, and position Cloud Pay's solutions effectively.
  • Complex Sales Cycle Management:
    Navigate long and intricate sales cycles, engaging with multiple stakeholders across various departments (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement) within client organizations.
  • Solution Selling:
    Articulate the value proposition of Cloud Pay's global payroll and payment platform, demonstrating how our solutions address specific client needs and deliver significant ROI.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation:
    Create compelling proposals, presentations, and financial models, and skillfully negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with Solution Consultants, Professional Services, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless sales process and successful client onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • CRM Management:
    Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications
  • Proven progressive experience of successful enterprise-level software sales, preferably within the HR Technology, Payroll, Fin Tech, or SaaS space.
  • Strong understanding of global payroll processes, HR systems, and financial operations.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and managing complex, multi-million-pound deals.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth discovery calls, identify client pain points, and position solutions as strategic business enablers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to manage procurement processes and overcome objections.
  • Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly driven, autonomous, able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
