• Develop and present leasing and rental proposals to new and existing customers
• Prospect and cold‑call businesses to establish new lease sales
• Manage and grow your assigned territory, providing ongoing customer support
• Recommend optimal fleet size and mix based on client needs
• Meet annual sales quotas and participate in sales events
• Conduct market and rental analysis to support business decisions
• Submit regular reports to leadership

• Familiarity with heavy‑duty truck specifications, legal, and performance requirements
• Experience in full‑service truck leasing and rental sales
• Comfort with cold calling and prospecting new clients
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Strong work ethic with willingness to travel extensively and work extra hours
