Role Overview

  • Build and deepen relationships with Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs), hematologists, institutions, advocacy groups, and community leaders
  • Engage directly with patients and caregivers to support awareness and access
  • Drive territory performance through strategic planning and disciplined execution
  • Develop and implement a focused business plan to achieve revenue and market growth objectives
  • Represent the organization at advocacy events, forums, and chapter meetings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Managed Care, and Trade Relations teams
  • Identify new opportunities while strengthening long-standing partnerships
  • Maintain compliance within a highly regulated healthcare environment

  • Sustained territory growth across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee
  • Trusted, long-term partnerships within the bleeding disorders ecosystem
  • Strategic expansion of referral networks and market penetration
  • Meaningful engagement with patient advocacy communities
What You Bring
  • Proven success managing large geographic territories
  • Strong understanding of the hemophilia or bleeding disorders market
  • Experience engaging with HTCs, institutions, and advocacy organizations
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to travel 50–80% (including occasional overnights and weekends)
  • Valid driver’s license
