** Job Description*
* We are seeking a driven, strategic, and experienced Healthcare Sales Executive to join our growing team focused on expanding our footprint within the payer market. This includes government-sponsored programs (Medicare, Medicaid), commercial insurance, and for-profit retail organizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling our suite of software (SaaS), technology platforms and potentially services to Payer and Commercial organizations that are navigating complex decision-making structures. Key attributes will be individuals capable of developing high-value client relationships and driving strategy. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the healthcare and specifically the payer landscape with a proven track record of closing deals and creating strategic relationships in the healthcare technology space.
These accounts are named, but potentially some that are not named accounts in the Payer industry and/or Payer-related industry and/or could be organized by a geographical territory/location.
** Responsibilities*
* Responsibilities
+ Primary job duty is to sell software/application solutions and platforms to prospective and existing customers. Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within payer organizations including Medicaid MCO's, Medicare Advantage, commercial insurers and for-profit retail organizations.
+ Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
+ Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Go-To-Market and Partnerships & Alliances) to deliver customized scalable solutions for each client.
+ Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data using Oracle CRM system.
Qualifications
+ Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex environment involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
+ 10+ years applicable (Payer and/or healthcare) experience including 5+ years of sales experience with the focus on software, analytics, or services for payers.
+ Successful sales track record. Proven ability to close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals and ability to navigate long sales cycles.
+ Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
+ Oracle / Oracle Health knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C-level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
+ Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
+ Travel as required (approximately ~50%).
+ Bachelor degree or equivalent

* US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $122,200 to $217,700 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
