Regional Sales Manager,Foot & Ankle Sales

Location: This position will manage the Foot & Ankle sales teams in Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi

What you will do-

Lead, manage and develop the Stryker Lower Extremities Sales team.As aLower Extremities Sales Manager at Stryker, youare in charge ofdriving revenue and developing the top sales team in the Orthopedic marketplace.

Working a fast-paced environment excites you, and your non-stop intensity fuels your  order toexceed territory market share objectives,you’llanalyze market information,identify and meet with new prospects and creates sales plans and marketing strategies.

You’llprepare,monitor and manage budgets and expenditures andwe’lllook to you for recommendations on pricing schedules and discount rates. Knowing that relationships are key to success in sales,you’llbuild ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff and surgeons and internal relationships with your teams of sales associates. What you need-

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus

• 5+ yearsdemonstratedsuccessful sales experience (in the medical device or industry preferred)

• 2+ years of sales management experience and/or demonstratedability to work with and lead others toaccomplishsales goals

• Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite, databases, etc.)

Base/Draw + commission: $110,000 - $150,000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses and benefit bringing total compensation potential to $225,
