Role Overview
The Oncology Account Manager builds and maintains professional relationships with key healthcare providers and stakeholders involved in cancer patient care.
Responsibilities include- Supporting the Hematology portfolio, achieving sales targets by effectively promoting products, developing strategic territory business plans, and prioritizing impactful activities.
- Develops long-term customer relationships, demonstrates thorough knowledge of disease states and product benefits, and navigates reimbursement pathways.
- Manages territory resources, ensures compliance with laws and regulations, and fosters team collaboration.
- BS/BA degree, at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a focus on Oncology, strong account management skills, and proven success in sales performance.
- Experience with Hematology/Oncology launches, market analysis, and digital communication is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office, Veeva, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and ethical standards are required.
- Flexibility, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective relationship-building within a matrix team environment.
