The Proshield Security Officer provides armed protection for clients, properties, and assigned locations. Officers maintain a professional presence, enforce site rules, complete patrols, and respond to incidents while representing the Proshield standard of discipline and reliability.

Armed Protection — Maintain a visible, professional armed presence

Patrol Duties — Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of assigned areas

Incident Response — Respond to disturbances, alarms, and emergencies

Report Writing — Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports

Access Control — Monitor entry/exit points and verify authorized personnel

Customer Interaction — Communicate professionally with clients and the public

Policy Enforcement — Enforce site rules and maintain order

Equipment Readiness — Maintain duty belt, firearm, and issued gear

Valid firearm permit or ability to obtain one

Reliable transportation

Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for shifts

Professional appearance and conduct

Must pass background screening

Security experience

Law enforcement or military background

Experience with incident reporting
