The Electrical Apprentice supports licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on commercial and/or industrial projects. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a long‑term career in the electrical trade through hands‑on training while following all safety and quality standards.

• Assist with installing electrical conduit, wire, fixtures, and equipment under supervision.

• Pull wire, terminate devices, and help with basic panel work as directed.

• Use hand and power tools safely (drills, benders, saws, meters, etc.).

• Help read and follow basic plans, schematics, and work instructions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite; follow all OSHA and company safety rules.

• Load/unload materials, stage tools, and support the crew with daily job tasks.

• Communicate progress and issues to the Foreman/Journeyman and ask questions to learn.

• Participate in apprenticeship schooling/training and complete required hours/documentation.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Enrollment in (or willingness to enroll in) an approved apprenticeship program preferred.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn electrical concepts.

• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and show up reliably.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for the jobsite).

• Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings (background/drug test) as applicable.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical labor in varying weather/site conditions.

• OSHA 10 (preferred) or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe.
