We’re launching our brand-new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR) dealership in Jackson, Mississippi
, and we’re looking for skilled Service Technicians to join our high-energy service department! This is your chance to build your career with a forward-looking team and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.
As a Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping vehicles safe and reliable. Your key duties will include:
Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on a wide range of vehicles.
Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and fluid checks.
Using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and fix problems.
Replacing worn or damaged parts, testing systems after repairs, and ensuring quality work on every vehicle.
Communicating with service advisors and customers about repair needs and timelines.
Maintaining accurate service records and keeping a clean, organized work environment.
You’re a great fit for this role if you have:
A strong background in automotive service, diagnostics, and repair.
ASE certification or relevant manufacturer certifications (preferred).
Ability to use diagnostic tools, lift heavy parts safely, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Professional communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
