Position
Maintenance Repairman 2 – Southwest Regional Office, Pennsylvania Game Commission
Salary$43,397.00 – $64,762.00 annually
LocationBolivar, Pennsylvania, Westmoreland County (Southwest Regional Office)
Responsibilities- Maintain, repair, and improve buildings, landscaping, and grounds at the Southwest Regional Office.
- Monitor and schedule routine maintenance, including water pipes, furnaces, air‑conditioning units, electrical service, and other equipment.
- Perform painting, minor renovations, carpentry, and maintenance of restroom facilities.
- Install and repair electrical circuits, light fixtures, outlets, and interior water lines and plumbing fixtures.
- Remove snow and ice in winter months.
- Work full time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with 30‑minute lunch break.
- Report to the office location onsite in case of emergencies; telework not allowed.
- Salary potentially non‑negotiable per state policies.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 or equivalent; or
- Minimum 4 years experience in building and plant maintenance, involving at least two of building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
- Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 30‑minute lunch break. No telework option.
