• Perform water extraction, demolition, and cleanup
• Set up and monitor drying equipment

Most technicians reach full proficiency around the 90‑day mark after working on multiple job types.

• Responding to water, fire, or storm damage jobs
• Extracting water and removing damaged materials
• Setting up drying equipment and monitoring progress
• Cleaning and restoring structures
• Training with experienced technicians
• Participating in an on‑call rotation for emergency response

• Prefer hands‑on work instead of desk jobs

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work on‑call shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work overtime when needed

• Lift 50+ pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
• Climb ladders and work at heights
• Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments

Compensation: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour
