Overview

Equipment Operator $1,610+ WEEKLY

• Operating experience on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Operate Skid steer, Forklift, Floor scrubber, back hoe, dump trucks
• Maintain strong knowledge of soil types, trench safety, and excavation best practices.
• Operate related heavy equipment to perform digging, trenching, back filling, grading, and material handling.
• Excavate trenches for utilities, foundations, and underground systems according to blueprints, plans, and site specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, and other trades to ensure excavation aligns with construction requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-operation checks and routine maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and in proper working condition.
• Follow all site safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with ground crew activities when not operating equipment to keep project moving efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding site conditions, hazards, and project progress.
