What You'll Do- Travel to project sites nationwide for extended assignments (typically 5–6 weeks on, 1 week off).
- Repair, restore, and maintain utility poles, lighting structures, and telecom towers.
- Perform concrete work, including forming, setting, and repairs.
- Conduct structural inspections and document findings.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with field repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Complete basic reporting and data entry related to inspections and repairs.
- Work at heights using proper fall protection and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
- Construction, concrete, or utility infrastructure experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
- Comfortable working at heights on poles, towers, and elevated structures.
- Experience with structural repairs, inspections, or field service work preferred.
- Skilled in using power tools, drills, saws, and hand tools.
- Strong work ethic, attention to safety, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jackson, MS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
