Maintenance Tech

+ Performing routine maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and changing HVAC filters

+ Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures

+ Repairing damaged electrical wiring caused by shorts or severed lines

+ Painting the building when the old paint fades or chips

+ Keeping tools and equipment clean, organized and in good condition

+ Notifying management when parts orders are needed for repairs

+ Conducting building and equipment inspections to identify issues

+ Weatherizing the building by repairing weather stripping or replacing insulation

+ Updating work orders, writing notes about services performed and closing requests upon completion

+ Adhering to workplace health and safety standards
