Trinity Property Consultants seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician III to serve as the advanced technical lead on multifamily properties. You will diagnose complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues and mentor junior technicians to elevate team performance.
Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour with bonuses, and a Monday–Friday schedule. You’ll participate in on-call rotations, safety programs, and ongoing training while supporting resident satisfaction.
