How You’ll Spend Your Day Zero in on issues across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to restore uptime quickly

Perform rigorous preventative and predictive maintenance to stop problems before they start

Maintain and repair aluminum extrusion presses and supporting equipment, ensuring consistent performance

Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating equipment to eliminate bottlenecks

Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic circuits—cylinders, valves, and components—to correct pressure and flow issues

Use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics to track down faults and verify fixes
