HVAC Technician

• Serve residential and light commercial HVAC customers throughout Jackson, Clinton, Madison, Brandon, Flowood, Ridgeland, Florence, Mississippi, and surrounding service areas

• Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Diagnose electronic, mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage HVAC components

• Perform HVAC service, preventive maintenance, system diagnostics, and equipment repairs

• Coordinate with dispatch to maintain daily schedules and communicate delays to customers

• Prepare HVAC estimates and quotes when needed, with training provided

• Learn and use Service Titan CRM for service operations

• Maintain your company vehicle in good working condition

• Keep required HVAC parts, tools, stock, and safety equipment organized and ready

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, a 28-foot extension ladder, and a 12-foot step ladder

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC service experience is required

• 5 years of experience is preferred

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and HVAC electrical systems

• Ability to safely operate power tools and hand tools

• Ability to safely work from a 28-foot extension ladder and 12-foot step ladder

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong customer service and team communication skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Willingness to learn new HVAC systems, processes, and technology

• EPA Certification preferred

• NATE Certification preferred
