Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance tasks at multifamily properties. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, and preventative maintenance while responding to resident service requests and coordinating on-call coverage.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, 1–2 years in supervision, refrigeration certification, a valid license, and possibly CPO certification. Familiarity with One Site is a plus.
