Kentucky River Community Care/Breathitt Complex is seeking a Tenancy Supports Specialist/Outreach Worker 2/Life Skills Coach to help clients identify, secure, and maintain housing and promote independence. The role focuses on tenancy supports within the Kentucky 1915(i) RISE Initiative and services for individuals with SMI/SUD, operating Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.
