Software Engineer
The purpose of this job is to operate under the guidance of Senior and Lead Computer Operators in order to supervise/operate software and hardware according to pre-set instructions.
** This position may be filled as a level I, II, or III based on additional experience and qualifications required.**
Working Hours:
7 am - 7 pm | 3 days per week (rotating)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor nightly batch processing for all applications
- Use CONTROLM to manipulate processing as requested
- Monitor ATM and communicate with vendor via ticketing system when issues arise
- Monitor file transfer system
- Monitor computer room and escape issues as required
- Learn nightly application balancing process
- Learn Service Now ticketing system
- Respond to password reset requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school education
- Makes rational and timely judgements based on information including relationships, patterns, causes and effects.
- Uses various hardware and software programs as required. Microsoft Office
- Oral and written communication skills
- Operates by and adheres to a situation-appropriate and effective set of core values and beliefs.
Additional qualifications required for Level II:
- 3+ Years operations experience
Additional qualifications required for Level III:
- 5+ Years operations experience

- 12-hour shifts
- Sit for extended amount of time
