We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems. This position will play a key role in modernizing agency operations by delivering secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and support economic development initiatives.

• Design, configure, customize, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, dashboards, business process flows, business rules, security roles, and workflows.
• Develop custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Type Script, HTML, CSS, and Power Platform components.
• Build and maintain Model‑Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Design and automate business processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop executive dashboards, operational reports, and analytical solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
• Create custom plugins, workflow extensions, custom APIs, and web resources.
• Configure Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security models, and data validation.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal or external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Microsoft Graph.
• Participate in application architecture, solution design, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Support data migration, data conversion, and system integration initiatives.
• Configure and maintain Development, Test, Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production environments.
• Manage solution deployments using Azure Dev Ops, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and provide production support.
• Produce technical documentation, deployment documentation, and system architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile software development activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand‑up meetings.
• Ensure applications comply with security, accessibility, and State technology standards.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of professional experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Three (3) years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions.
• Experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using web services and REST APIs.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Experience with grants management, financial systems, licensing, permitting, or case management applications.
• Experience working within state government or other public‑sector organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience implementing Dev Ops and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with cloud‑hosted Microsoft environments.
