GovCIO seeks an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate Microsoft Dynamics CRM and customer portal. The role is mostly remote with occasional trips to the DC location. Focus is on AI features in Dynamics, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, Doc Intelligence, and modern capabilities.
You will work in an Agile Scrum environment, lead implementations, mentor peers, and support operations/troubleshooting while driving high-quality deliverables for the government client.
