CrossFit Coach Ridgeland, MS

Cross Fit 601 is hiring a full-time coach to join our growing community in Ridgeland, MS.

We are not just looking for someone to run classes.

We are looking for someone who cares deeply about people, takes pride in their craft, and wants to build a career in fitness.

Our mission is simple: build stronger humans — physically and mentally — inside the best fitness community in Ridgeland.

• Coach 3 Cross Fit classes per day (2 on Fridays)
• Deliver high-energy, structured, and technically sound coaching
• Provide smart scaling and individualized attention
• Build strong relationships with members
• Uphold the standards of Cross Fit methodology

• Maintain a professional, clean training environment
• Be present and available for members and prospective members
• Assist with onboarding conversations and facility tours
• Help strengthen community engagement

• Restocking supplies
• Cleaning and maintaining high facility standards
• Ensuring the gym always looks elite and welcoming
• Assisting with internal systems and organization

• Previous coaching experience (preferred)
• Professional and self-motivated
• Passionate about helping people improve their lives through fitness

We are open to coaches from other disciplines if they are passionate, coachable, and willing to grow within the Cross Fit methodology.

• $40,000 annual salary
• Free unlimited gym membership
• Continuing education stipend (especially Cross Fit-related)
