Position: CDL A Drivers Run 2180/WK Home Weekly on Dedicated Acct

CDL A Drivers Run $2180+/WK Home Weekly on Dedicated Account (Full Time)

Class A drivers (with one‑year verifiable experience in the last three years) can earn a guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment, receive benefits after 60 days, and get home weekly on the Northeast route.

Deliveries are 100% touch‑point: freight is preloaded and trailers are hook‑and‑go. A driver’s average pay is $2,190 / week with deliveries running the Northeast.

Job Pay and Summary

Pickup loads at a DC near Rome, NY. Trailers preloaded; drivers hook and go.
Daily salary of $215 plus $300 for every trailer unloaded.
Average 900‑1,200 miles per week with three loads.
2‑4 stops per trailer; boxes (1‑35 lbs) placed on a conveyor belt; no inventory or merchandising tasks.
Weekends not guaranteed; most drivers are home weekly.
Orientation in Dayton (~2 days). Company pays transportation, hotel, meals; drivers receive $85 / day.
Training 3‑5 days, paid at daily rate. Driver may double bunk or get a truck. Must be flexible.
After training, rider and dog may accompany the driver.

Any failure or refusal of a DOT drug test, regardless of when it occurred, disqualifies the applicant.

Job Requirements

Must live in NY, CT, MD, MA, or RI. Bors or Long Island are excluded.
21 years old with one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
CDL must be in the state of current residence.
No more than 3 jobs in the last year and 6 jobs in the last three years.
Maximum of two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years; no major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end collisions, or rollovers.
No termination from most recent job for any reason.
Allowed personal vehicle moving violations (15+, reckless, following too closely, texting/handheld) but none in a commercial vehicle.
No felonies in the last 7 years (excluding sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
