Role Summary
The primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. The LS is expected to represent Tire Hub professionally in all customer interactions, maintain safe driving practices, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering strong customer relationships.
This position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.
Compensation and HoursStarting wage of $16.65 per hour, with applicable wage progression after 90‑day, 180‑day, and 1‑year tenure.
Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day‑shift hours.

- Distribute tasks across General Warehousing, Delivery Services, and Vehicle Maintenance.
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles.
- Select, pack, count, label, and palletize customer orders following Tire Hub safety standards.
- Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely.
- Participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling for inventory control.
- Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical condition.
- Conduct pre/post‑trip vehicle inspections daily and report issues immediately.
- Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all Tire Hub policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training via in‑class, in‑person, or computer‑based modules.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors or leadership.
- Optimize work processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Manage ambiguity and operate effectively in uncertain situations.
- Drive results consistently, even under tough circumstances.

- Communicate effectively with clear understanding of audience needs.
- At least 1 year of general work experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license (not a permit).
- 19 years old or older.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and/or move tires (up to 50 lbs) with or without mechanical assistance.
- Capability for frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Accuracy and efficiency in loading, unloading, and placing tires.
- Work up to 35 feet above ground level.
- Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift.
- Follow traffic rules while driving Tire Hub vehicles.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems.
- Maintain forklift certification.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Lifting, pulling, pushing, and moving tires (up to 50 lbs) following safety procedures.
- Possibly handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment.
- Meeting specific vision requirements.
- Operate equipment in non‑climate‑controlled warehouses and customer locations.
- Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) with little notice.
- Night driving or in inclement weather may be required.
- Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height to meet equipment specifications. For accommodations, review is available under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other laws.
