Truck Driver

Overview

Experienced Class A Flatbed Driver. Now seeking experienced flatbed drivers. Weekend home time.

• Must be 22 years old with a valid Class A CDL license
• Must have at least 1 full year of solo OTR (driving in 3 states) within the past 5 years. At least 6 months of this time must be flatbed.
• Must have pipe or steel flatbed experience. Coil experience is not necessary
• Must have a good MVR and background, as well as a stable job history
• No SAP drivers
• No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years of any kind
• We count a month of driver training school as a month of OTR. If a driver has 11 months OTR and one month of schooling it would count as a year for time purposes

• Flexible non-forced dispatch
• All flatbed compliance and safety requirements per company policy
• Drive in regional routes within specified coverage areas

• Pay: $1,500 - $1,600 per week
• CDL pay: $.70 per CPM loaded or empty with 27% of load
• Layover, dock detention, breakdown and stop pay
• Per Diem: $300 weekly non-taxed
• $5,000 sign-on bonus. $1,500 paid after delivery of first load
• Tarps: $40 tarp pay; 40%–50% of loads tarped
• Newer automatic Cascadias and T680s
• Trucks and trailers stay together and can be taken home
• Orientation:
  Paid 3–4 days in AL
• Hotel, travel and all meals provided

Monday - Friday or Saturday with at least a 34-hour restart.
