This regional position operates within a temperature-controlled freight network designed to maintain consistent mileage flow and structured weekly scheduling.

Compensation Structure:
Drivers earn $1,350 to $1,550 per week with payment issued for all dispatched miles, both loaded and empty. No-touch freight reduces dock time and allows for more consistent mileage accumulation. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available. Quarterly performance incentives and additional accessorial compensation may apply when eligible.

Freight Operations:
This regional fleet runs primarily east of I-35 and transports temperature-controlled loads. Freight consists of a mix of drop and hook shipments and scheduled live load appointments, supporting steady weekly routing.

Equipment:
Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors equipped with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and Bluetooth capability are assigned to drivers. Units utilize outward-facing cameras only. Smart Truck UT6 aerodynamic reefer trailers are used across the fleet. Assigned tractors may be parked at the driver's residence when secure parking is available.

Orientation Process:
Paid company orientation is provided. Upon completion, drivers are dispatched into established regional lanes.

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL required. Ability to safely operate refrigerated equipment and comply with applicable safety standards.
