** Airgas Dry Ice is looking for a collaborative Dispatcher-Supervisor / Lead to support route assignments, ensure a balanced partnership with our production team, and foster safe, efficient logistics operations.
* Guide driver training for DOT compliance, regulations, company rules, and internal processes.
* Update customers regularly on delivery statuses and assist with providing tender.
* Coordinates with and supports drivers while updating necessary information electronically.
* Provide ongoing support, guidance, and assistance to drivers as needed.
* Determine driver routes, destinations, vehicle assignments, and timelines for transporting freight.
* Coordinate regular truck maintenance and service needs with the shop team.
* Monitor Hours of Service and provide active oversight and stewardship of freight loading to ensure safety processes are met.## ________________________## ## Are you a MATCH?

* ** High School Diploma or Equivalent**
* ** Excellent communication skills**, including proficiency in transportation management software and other related programs.
* ** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
** and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

** and decision-making abilities.
* ** Ability to work independently
** and as part of a team.###

Preferred Qualifications
* ** Proven experience in transportation dispatching
** or a related field.
* ** Forklift experience
** or a willingness to gain experience (explicitly stated as a "must-have").________________________
