Job Overview

CDL A Flatbed Drivers $75‑84K/year. Securement Training Offered. (Full Time)
Types of Jobs: OTR Flatbed.

Looking for Class A drivers with flatbed experience or those who need training in flatbed securement. Drivers get home every weekend, averaging $1400‑$1600/week, with full benefits. Riders and pets are welcome at no charge.

• Drivers start at 27% of the load; average $1450‑$1600/week.
• Drivers generally run the five states around their domicile location.
• Work schedule Mon‑Fri/Sat with a minimum of 34 hours rest per week.
• Full benefits start on the first of the month after 30 days: medical, dental, 401K, and more.
• Riders and pets are welcome from day one (no charge).
• Experienced flatbed driver (see Requirements) and ≤5 jobs in last 3 years: $5000 bonus split: $1500 at first load, $1500 at 180 days, $2000 at one year.
• Trucks no older than 3 years, automatic, include Cascadias and T680s. Trucks assigned to driver and may be taken home.

• To qualify as an experienced flatbed driver: choose one
  • One full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in any type of trailer 48’ or longer with 6 months of that being verifiable Class A regional or OTR flatbed in the last three years.
  • 9 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional Flatbed experience in the last three years.
• To qualify to train to learn flatbed: one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
• No more than 6 Class A driving jobs in the last three years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years. If one major violation, no other violations in the last 3 years.
• May have one DOT Preventable Recordable accident in the year as long as no fatality or injury.
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job for safety.
• No felonies in the last 7 years and no pending charges.
• No misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
