Dispatcher – Full‑Time Opportunity

We’re hiring Dispatchers in Jackson, MS. Hourly rate starting at $17.25 DOE.

Dispatchers will respond to emergency and non‑emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services. The role includes assigning and routing transportation requests and providing clear communication to ensure quality support and care to customers.

• Monitor and respond to calls and emails using the call handling system to deliver excellent customer support to providers, facilities, and member representatives.
• Use appropriate methods to schedule, assign, review, and route transportation requests.
• Document communications following protocols and processes, and properly identify and escalatet issues as necessary.
• Communicate trip data, including confirmations, routing time, issues, and performance.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, and coworkers.
• Demonstrate organization, multitasking, and time‑management skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Some work experience, preferably in dispatch or routing calls in customer service.
