CDL-A Driver Mentor – Train & OTR

Pay & Bonuses

• Weekly earnings $2,000 – $3,000+ (based on miles & activity)
• Paid on all miles the truck runs (your miles + student miles)
• Base CPM + $0.10 CPM mentor pay
• $0.04 CPM productivity bonus
• $500 bonus at 10K safe miles (per student)
• $300 bonus at 20K safe miles (per student)

• OTR runs with structured mentor program (approx. 10–11 days)
• Option to run solo between students

• Train and mentor new CDL-A drivers
• Consistent miles with priority dispatch
• Structured program with clear expectations
• Paid training program ($850 completion pay)

• Extra bonuses for first student pickup and dispatch
• Long‑term earning potential as students progress
• Hotel and meals provided during mentor training

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 3+ months tractor‑trailer experience
• Eligible to train drivers
• Willing to run OTR
