Our client, a global leader in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Process Manager to join their team. You will be part of the Engineering Operations team supporting cross-functional engineering, analytics, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent collaboration skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $45.77 - $47.03

• Design, optimize, and implement operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and automation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to define technical solutions and prioritize operational roadmaps.
• Analyze data to identify risks, resolve operational issues, and drive process improvement strategies.
• Develop automated workflows that reduce manual effort and support new product and market expansions.
• Partner with engineers, analysts, and operations teams to investigate escalations and implement technology-enabled solutions.

• Experience in process development, process improvement, or engineering operations (level based on years of experience required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with process automation and workflow optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams.
• Understanding of operational ecosystems, technology platforms, and data models.
