Job Responsibilities

Design, optimize, and implement manufacturing and operational process improvements.

Develop and implement technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and automation.

Create and prioritize technical operations roadmaps to enhance existing processes and enable new operational capabilities.

Lead cross-functional teams in problem definition, technical design, and solution implementation.

Analyze data to support decision-making and operational strategy.

Investigate operational risks, issues, errors, and escalations to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.

Design automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve productivity.

Support engineers, analysts, and operations teams by resolving escalations, providing technical guidance, training, and process improvements.

Develop a strong understanding of the operations ecosystem, technology platforms, and data models to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing efficiency and operational performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3–5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or process development.

Experience with in diaper manufacturing or similar high-speed consumer goods manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience.

Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience implementing process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
