• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and mopping floors.
• Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs.
• Provide guests with requested linens, towels, amenities, and information.
• Assist with laundry and public space cleaning as needed.
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and complaints with courteous service.
• Work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests.
• Work flexible hours, including possible weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

• High school education or equivalent (minimum 2 years of high school).
• No prior cleaning experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and customer‑service orientation.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, kneel, reach, and lift 25–35 lbs intermittently.
• Ability to push, operate a vacuum, and use cleaning equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills in English;
  Spanish language a plus.

Competitive starting hourly pay. Quarterly bonus opportunity up to $3,200 per year based on hotel results.
