Process Manager

Location: Jackson, Missouri

• Advanced technical knowledge of Family Care converting equipment.
• Strong understanding of process management systems, including:
  • Cleaning standards
  • Inspection standards
  • Lubrication standards
  • Changeover standards

• Ability to provide technical training in both individual and group settings.
• Experience supporting sites with hands-on changeover training.

The Process Manager will be responsible for designing, optimizing, implementing, and continuously improving operational processes. This role focuses on driving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence through technology, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

• Design, optimize, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute technical operations roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that improve existing processes and enable new operational capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts to define problems, Product technical solutions, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Utilize data and analytics to independently drive decision-making and influence operational strategy.
• Identify operational risks and proactively resolve issues, errors, and escalations through detailed investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term technology-enabled solutions based on operational insights.
• Translate requirements from new product launches and market expansions into scalable and automated workflows that reduce manual effort.
• Support engineers, analysts, and operations team members by investigating escalations, providing training, and developing technical tools and solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the operations ecosystem, including technology platforms, data models, strengths, weaknesses, and process gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.
