Technical Operations Analyst

Our client, a leading global consumer goods company, is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Operations & Technology Department supporting cross-functional Engineering and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Design, optimize, and implement operational processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and automation

+ Develop and prioritize technical operations roadmaps to enhance existing processes and enable new capabilities

+ Collaborate cross-functionally on problem definition, technical design, and solution implementation

+ Analyze data to drive decision-making, identify risks, and resolve operational issues or escalations

+ Design automated workflows to reduce manual effort and support product or market expansions

** What's Needed?*
* + 0-5+ years of experience in operations, technology, or process improvement (level dependent)

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to use data for decision making

+ Experience supporting technical teams, engineers, or operations stakeholders

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Familiarity with process optimization, automation, and systems thinking
