RN Regional Administrator, Skilled Home Health

• • Organize and direct day-to-day operations and maintain liaison among the governing body/owner or personnel
• • Oversee implementation and oversight of patient care programs and achievement of clinical and administrative outcomes
• • Oversee financial performance of branches and implement effective budgeting and accounting systems
• • Ensure adequate staffing levels at branch locations
• • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party reimbursement regulations
• • Supervise and coordinate utilization review activities
• • Participate in strategic development of Key Accounts and review meetings
• • Ensure accuracy of public information, materials, and activities
• • Maintain phone availability as directed by company policy or regulatory requirements
• • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations
• • Identify program and service changes and develop proposals
• • Investigate complaints, ensure resolution and correction of deficiencies, and report results to the Area Vice President
• • Ensure accurate, complete, timely documentation adhering to Medicare guidelines
• • Assure compliance with state licensure, Medicare certification, and oversight agency requirements
• • Oversee development and implementation of plans of correction
• • Assure QAPI recommendations are followed at branch locations
• • Direct operations and care delivery according to mission, legal and regulatory requirements, payer/accreditation standards, customer expectations, and agency policy
• • Approve and submit time and attendance files to payroll, including final review of inputs and rates
• • Implement strategic and growth-related plans
• • Conduct staff performance appraisals
• • Develop emergency preparedness plans for assigned branches
• • Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality
• • Perform other assigned duties and projects

• Current State License as required by state or federal guidance
• Licensed registered nurse or physician
• 3+ years home healthcare experience required, including OASIS documentation/quality review
• 1+ year supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related healthcare program required; 2+ years strongly preferred
• Familiarity and understanding of national standards of care, state licensure, and federal conditions of participation
• Familiarity with TPS, VBP, Surveys, and STAR Ratings
• OASIS-certified strongly preferred
• Must be able to travel to offices within the region on a regular and frequent basis
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, or have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations
• Must maintain patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule

Demonstrates expertise in overseeing healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and managing financial performance. Proven ability to lead teams, implement patient care programs, and maintain high standards of documentation and quality assurance.
