• Technical knowledge of Baby Care Premium products and Loss Elimination principles.
• Strong understanding of premium product quality standards and manufacturing practices.
• Experience working with digital manufacturing tools, including:
  • Veeva
  • Bad Boih
  • SAP
  • Qview
  • Augury
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and training skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Inspect, maintain, and monitor the performance of mechanical equipment used in manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues impacting production and implement effective solutions.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for new manufacturing processes, equipment, and improvements.
• Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow optimization.
• Research and develop new manufacturing processes, equipment, and products.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and quality control systems.
• Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, research records, activity reports, and process improvement documentation.
